HD Systems and Harmonic Drive Technologies, Nabtesco have merged to form Harmonic Drive LLC. Based in Peabody, Mass., the new company provides harmonic drive gearing and motion control products. It employs about 90 people and is jointly owned by HD Systems Inc. and Nabtesco USA Inc.

Harmonic Drive LLC is led by Tetsuo Ikuta, president and CEO; Doug Olson, executive vice president and chief marketing officer; Joe Yang, executive vice president and chief production officer; and Ronald Golini, vice president and chief financial officer.
